Not yet. Kaptn Karl on iOS is login-only for now. Do your web onboarding + Stripe verification first, then log in on iOS for daily management. It’s faster and less fiddly this way.

Do I need an account to book as a Joey?
You’ll create a quick profile so we can save your Hops and Pouch goodies for later.

How do payments work?
Kaptns set up payouts via Stripe during web onboarding. Joeys pay using the options the Kaptn enables (e.g., card, Apple/Google Pay where supported, or SEPA if offered).

What platforms are supported?
Web, Android, and iOS — pick your favorite and hop in.

Where are the legal bits?
Right here: Imprint & Privacy. We keep it clean and clear.

Is there a free trial?
Yes! The first month is free. After that, monthly plans start from €27/month and you can cancel anytime.

Does Karl support recurring weekly Hops?
Totally. Create a Hop, tick Repeat Weekly, and Karl handles the schedule + invitations like a champ.

What happens when someone cancels last-minute?
The Kaptn gets notified about a late-cancellation-request. If granted, our SkippySignals can notify waitlisted Joeys about the open spot so you can fill it fast (hello, saved revenue!).

Do you support waitlists and capacity limits?
Yep. Set min/max attendees. When full, Joeys can join a waitlist. If a spot opens, Karl offers it to the next in line.

What payment options can I use?
Subscriptions and payments run via Stripe on the web. Depending on your setup and country, you can enable card payments, Apple/Google Pay, and SEPA for low-fee subscriptions.

Can I customize client data fields?
